Lead Generation SDR
We are recruiting for a Telemarketing Lead Generation SDR (m/w/d) to join our Telemarketing team. You will be joining a global organization, going through a major transformation, and focusing on growth. We already have industry leading customers but are ready to invest in our sales team to attack the market. That is where you come in!
The primary responsibility is to call and identify sales opportunities in the Mail Related Services segment for the company’s Sales. The Lead Generation SDR uses both prospect and customer data sources. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our products.
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following “scripts” when handling different topics
- Achieve all customer and prospect Lead Generation goals
- Engage in professional conversations on outbound calls to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Drive performance using data analysis and sales process skills
- Assist manager with effective feedback on all campaigns
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers
- Build relationships and establish rapport with other teams in the organization
- Utilize effective communication, presentation and listening skills
- Must have strong communication skills.

- Confident handling of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative
- Lead generation team experience a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- German native speaker fluent in English, French or Italian would be a plus
