The position

We are offering a unique opportunity to build a growing brand insight and analytics function from the ground up for a hugely successful unicorn. Reporting to the SVP Brand and Communication, you will be responsible for all brand research efforts at Jobandtalent, identifying target segment behavior to support branding decisions across our portfolio of 9+ markets and being the business intelligence expert for our brands, channel and country teams.


  • Responsible for all brand research efforts at Jobandtalent, identifying target segment behaviors to support brand decisions across our portfolio of 9+ markets
  • In charge of setting up and maintaining a Brand-Health-Tracking to keep track of our progress in terms of brand awareness and brand recognition
  • Define the research design and setup of the relevant external partners or data sources
  • Collaborate with a research agency and other partners during fieldwork
  • Run analyses yourself and derive recommendations and action plans for brand teams and regions
  • Enabling brand teams, product teams and regions to optimize the products and services, inform go-to-market strategy, and/or advise brand positioning in order to deliver above-market growth
  • Support ad-hoc brand transition processes in our 15+ acquisitions we are doing globally each year
  • Enable brand teams and countries to quantify their impact on brand awareness and brand recognition with strong business intelligence and KPI dashboards

You are …

  • Experienced in Customer Insights, Brand Insights and Business Intelligence with a proven track record
  • Strongly anchored in setting up and running quantitative market research projects using a variety of different methodologies
  • Confident in challenging and asking the right questions before and during launching a project
  • Adept at the workings of digital brands and their specific challenges
  • Able to grasp the bigger picture and can combine unconventional and strategic thinking
  • Expertised to build compelling and visually impressive stories with clear recommendations based on tell-all data
  • A strong team player and enjoy the exchange with various stakeholders such as teams from within Brand and Communication as well as GTM
