About the role

As a Customer Success Representative, you will become (if you are not already) a Marketing Funnels nerd, you will use business knowledge, online marketing passion, data and of course: empathy to build relationships with our entrepreneurs and marketers, sharing solutions and implementing new programs that will increase business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.

What you will be doing

  • Guide new customers through a systematic onboarding process to facilitate making decisions around their needs and goals
  • Maintain customer health and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey.
  • Prepare and schedule action-based calls with our customers to prevent churn.
  • Support the Head of Success and have a close relationship with Marketing to drive Sales initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
  • Provide critical insights to the product team to improve our developing platform.
  • Along with Head of Success, build, customize and interpret relevant data to address red flags, as well as presenting ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for all new enterprise customer and upsells.
  • Schedule different types of communications: emails, calls, strategic quarterly calls with enterprise customers, collect feedback and present new business ideas that can address their business challenges.
  • Offer customized and highly targeted demos using product engagement data from the product and marketing team.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.

Who you are

  • You always go an extra mile for best customer experience development and think customer and software first
  • You have a scrappy mentality — we wear many hats and are willing to get our hands dirty.
  • You have Excellent creative and critical thinking skills — we have to be preemptive.
  • You have Proven ability to educate customers, building and maintaining relationships with them.
  • You have sales background, or sales interest/knowledge.
  • You have Proven track record of expansion and product adoption within your book of business.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once.
  • You have a basic understanding of online marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, Email Tools)
  • You are able to organize your day and prioritize tasks, working independently and with little supervision.
  • You can share constructive feedback and are open for feedback
  • You can handle critical outage with an excellent communication strategy and style
  • You are good at finding, running and finishing projects
  • You are fluent in German (native level) and English
