- In this position, you will help to shape the refurbed user experience across all our products by providing high-quality, well-documented research findings for the respective teams
- You are passionate about User Research and have at least 3 years experience in UX Research
- You have a great understanding of qualitative research methods
- You have experience with various methods of research, such as usability studies (moderated and unmoderated), surveys, contextual interviews and card sorting
- You can document and present research clearly
- Work with the Head of Product and Head of UX to prioritize and plan generative research
- Gather and summarise complex findings across multiple types of research to ensure that conclusions are fair and backed by good qualitative data
- Present research to relevant colleagues and teams
- Prioritise UX Research projects across teams (create timelines, plan objectives, and deliver related insights to guide the team for further steps)
- Research, design, innovate and prototype the experience of mapping modern organisations to visually understand themselves in ways they haven't imagined before
- The job would suit someone who is detail-oriented, likes doing research and has a good knowledge of national and local geography
- You will be completing research and evaluation tasks in a web-based environment, eg verifying and comparing data, determining the relevance and accuracy of information
- Ability to follow guidelines and do research online using search engines, online maps and website information
